1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return if:
- You received a wrong product.
- The product is physically damaged (unboxing video required).
- The product is defective or not functioning properly.
- You received an incomplete package.
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. After this period, we may not be able to process your request.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in original condition.
- All accessories, manuals, and packaging must be intact.
- You must provide the order number, phone number, and proof of purchase.
- An unboxing video is required for claims related to damage, missing items, or wrong product delivery.
We reserve the right to reject returns if the product shows signs of damage caused after delivery, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used items
- Earphones, earbuds, headphones (hygiene reasons)
- Screen protectors, tempered glass, cables
- Software or digital products
- Products without an unboxing video
- Clearance sale items
4. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is received:
- Inspection may take 1–3 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be issued through the original payment method or store credit.
- Refund processing time may take 3–7 working days depending on your payment method or bank.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Replacement Policy
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:
- Replacement will be provided for the same product (subject to stock availability).
- If the product is out of stock, you can choose an alternative or request a refund.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before shipping.
- Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
- If the customer refuses to receive the parcel without a valid reason, a delivery charge may be deducted from the refund.
7. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the issue is caused by NexusBD (wrong or defective product).
- If the customer sends back a product without approval, NexusBD will not be responsible.
